Let's start with a simple pizza tip. Never, ever, in no circumstances re-heat left over pizza in the microwave. This dries out the pizza! Your best bet when re-heating a pizza is to set the oven on low (250 to 300 degreese) and perform what I call the drop and watch. Since the pizza is already cooked, you are just looking to melt the pizza and get the sauce hot. Feel free to open the oven to check out when the pizza has melted. The final test is to finger the pizza. It is really easy. Just stick your finger in the pizza and you will easily be able to tell when it is ready to eat. Good Pizza To You!
